Oh so theres alot of different time zones in the US? I thought there was only 2.

all depends on what part of the USA doesn't it... and the time you get back will be delayed?!
behind 5 hours for new york, 8 hours for LA to exactly the time you see.

And, to confuse matters even more, not all of the United States observes Daylight Savings.
The states of Arizona (except some Indian Reservations), and Hawaii do not observe Daylight Saving Time. Neither do the US territories Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.

well its 6:32pm here in the eastern coast i live in Philadelphia,PA but i answered way after you asked the question so thats why its so late and about the thum pads question you put those pads on your thumb i think to get better grip thats what my freind said...
