Women SEEM better than men at negotiating things more peacefully or diplomatically, but this is due to centuries of gender role conditioning, which has somewhat "programmed" women to behave nicer. But deep inside, women can be just as brutal and nasty as men - so no, it would not make the world a better place. Women are not ethereal, wiser beings.

I don't really think women being in charge would make the world a better place. They aren't smarter or any less corrupt than their male counterparts so what would really be different?

I do not believe so.

At work the biggest gossipers are women. Hard to find a women to say anything nice about another women.

And really, would we have scientific achievement at present levels if the roles were reversed? Last Year's Noble Prizes in hard science had 1.7% women winners.

Women and men do things differently.

It would be an infinitely better regime for some.
Women wouldn't beat, stone, hang other women who had been brutally raped or sold int slavery, then abandoned.
