I don't think so. but you can check this site

http://www.cruiseonly.com

NCL leaves from Charleston. You can also check Carnival cruise lines.

You may have to go out of Tampa, Miami, San Juan PR to go to Jamacia.

Good Luck)

AFAIK, NCL Majesty is the only cruise ship sailing out Charleston. It does Western Caribbean but goes to Grand Cayman, Cozumel, and Key West.

I think it is the only cruise ship that stays into the evening in Key West. That's a plus in that you get to see the sunset celebration and experience some of the KW nightlife.

IMO, Jamaica is WAY overrated as a cruise ship destination. Dunn's River Falls in Ocho Rios is man-made and a tourist trap. You'll be accosted by thongs of friendly but persistent locals wanting to take you on a tour or sell you anything from handmade trinkets to the local herb. There is a petty crime element that you need to be aware of that even affected a cruise-line sponsored excursion in MB earlier this year.

Don't get me wrong. There is a lot of genuine beauty in Jamaica. But, it's all away from the port and all cruise ships offer a really limited time there, too limited to see or appreciate much of it.

Next time I cruise there, I probably wont get off the ship.

There aren't any, to my knowledge. The time at sea from Charleston to Jamaica is pretty lengthy. There are some cruises that leave out of Charleston and go to Bermuda and the Bahamas though.

Not to my knowledge. Most cruises to Jamaica depart from Florida due to proximity. South Carolina doesn't really have any ports that are able to handle large cruise ship lines.

One place to check on this is VacationsToGo.com. You fill in your departure port [Charleston] and it will list what cruises are available from there. I'm thinking there aren't very many, but you may find some. Good luck!
