It just depends which way the camera was facing and anyway if you was caught speeding don't you think you should be a man and own up to it to can have up to 12 points on your licence if you have 9 then get 3 more you could end up in court and face losing your licence and receive a heavy fine best not to speed then really don't you think

Yes by all means! but remember that the penalty for perverting the course of justice is far more severe, and you will both be prosecuted if caught.
Points on your licence is not an option in such cases the last one I read about got 9 months in prison.
Only three to go and you become a pedestrian that is a happy thought.

If you have received a notice through the police before responding to it the best thing to do is to contact a specialist motoring law solicitor. Don't think that you can lie on it but there may be other ways around it, like challenging the speeding allegation or try to find out a bit more about the technical aspects of the law surrounding the offence.

well 9 points is higher insurance and a fine.
PURGERY is a prison sentence and loss of your integrity and job. OH and for the wife too. Plus you could both lose your licence your wifes licence and your wife

In Texas it is only legal to issue tickets for running a red light based on photo evidence. $75 fine in Plano, TX and it is issued to the registrant.
