From the reports on the injury he could be back in 3-4 days, but his playing level will be limited due to the injury. LeBron is still good enough with a injury and stil start on a fantasy team.

I have no idea either, they are going to check him out and see from there just hwo bad his injury it is, so he could be gone for a good long time, he might have to miss a few games, it is hard to know at this point, but the Cavs will annouce how long apprixolately they will be without him.
