i have felt that way before. it was really scary. i felt like i had no control over my thoughts or emotions and i was light headed all the time. i figured i was depressed had no idea the effect it could have on u. got sum medication and it took care of all that anxiety and craziness. havent lost my mind since

all the time samantha. everyday my mind is wondering as if it has a mind of it's own. it used to bother me but now i have been able to compartmentalize it and roll on with my day. what ??
