don't overdo the makeup, wear clothes that you like, you don't have to be a slave to fashion, don't dress sl*tty. wear clothes you feel comfortable wearing and you will carry them off better. Always look clean and try to keep a clean complexion.
And smile. There is nothing better than a happy person!
Good luck, and don't obsess over your looks. It's what's inside that counts!

First and for most you have to feel that you are pretty and promote that by being confident, thinking highly of yourself( not being conceited) and ignoring people who tell you otherwise!
Make up should only be used to enhance natural beauty so depending on your skin try using natural shades and colors!
Get a unique and spunky hairstyle, develop your OWN fashion style and rock the hell out of it!!! Most importantly don't feel that you have to be defined by your looks! Be a beautiful person all around and I can assure you will feel prettier!
and if this doesn't suit you just go get a professional makeover!

firstl. dont rely on others to dictate your own self worth. second. settle for being your definition of attractive and not strangers. third become the best you that you can possibly be and understand that beauty is only skin deep

i totaly agree with CHEETOS. but i ask myself that question everyday. hm, take a trip to cvs they have awsome stuff like skin and facial treatment and spa and makeup stuff. I LUV CVS
