If you're a very young man in his mid-teens and your best friend's mom is divorced and lonely or just plain vicious, she probably set you up to make it happen so you believe it was by accident but in fact she had it all planned. I bet it happened at her place one day you came to visit your friend right?
So maybe you should consider filing a complaint for sex abuse or rape. Never heard of this 30-something woman teacher who had an affair with her teen-age pupil? She went to jail!
You cannot legally consent to sex before you reach the age of 15. Which means that even if you accepted and are under 15, there was no consent and she did STATUTORY RAPE. If there was no sex act but other kind of sex play it may be sex abuse. Search the web to learn more if there's no adult you can talk to, then go to the police and file a complaint.
This episode with your friend's mom puts you all in a very difficult situation. You should never go back to his house and if he asks you why, tell him very delicately that it has to do with his mom and if he presses you for answers, just tell him first that he'll probably hate you if you tell the truth, then if he insists tell him plain and simple. You may lose his friendship but if you don't say anything he'll feel there's something hanging in the air, he'll become disappointed in you and you will grow apart so you'll lose his friendship anyway.
Be honest and above all, DON'T BLAME YOURSELF for what happened.

How did you do that trip and fall on her lips? Well anyways i would tell your best friend about it and be mature about it don't say "i did you mom" or something like that, tell him that it was a accident.

Whadda ya mean 'accidentally'? Did you just bump into each other and start going at it? How old are you? If you're eighteen, the problem is your best friends and not yours. If you're under eighteen, then you and her got a problem. A big one. Like not understanding the difference between right and wrong.
