You obviously don't need to since we don't celebrate Christmas. When my relatives mail Christmas cards I am not offended, I just take them as the warm greeting they were intended to be, but I do not accept Christmas presents.
My brother was Jewish and did accept Christmas cards and presents. So, it may just depend on the person and their conscience. You could ask them beforehand and they would probably tell you.
If I were you I definitely would not bother though.

You won't hurt my feelings if you take me off your card list.
You won't hurt my feelings if you don't give me a present.
You won't hurt my feelings if you don't invite me to your xmas party.
When you offer me any of these, you place me and you in a unpleasant situation.
If I accept it based on the kindness you are showing and not the 'season', I get accused of being a hypocrite.
If I reject it based on my personal beliefs, I am being unkind and dogmatic.
You can do both of us a favor; don't try to force your kindness on me,
And I won't have to reject it.
Showing kindness to a JW is to honor our decision, just as we strive to honor your decision to.

Its not a tradition that they follow. I guess it depends on how "strick" they are about their religion. I probally wouldn't but it doesn't really do any harm.
