Be truthful. RE Brokers get the "American Dream" thing all the time and they just don't buy it. Your best bet is to touch on key points like how well you listen to what your clients needs are, perhaps that you understand some of the mortgage aspects so you can screen the clients better and not worry so much if the deal will come through. I know I like to hear those things. Also mention that you are good at communicating with your clients and understand when they tell you what your are looking for. Another good thing to talk about is about your "network" bottom line, how many people do you know that can reffer clients to you? How will you make the company money?

HONESTLY. Note though that in interviewing real estate brokers, YOU are doing the interviewing to see which company you will want to work at - this is the opposite of the "traditional" type of interview. Ask yourself now - "What do I want out of this?" And go find a broker who will give that to you.
You're not trying to get hired. You are doing the hiring.

Perhaps you are passionate about helping others achieve the American Dream? Maybe you like to work with people and are a good communicator? Conscientious? Hard worker? Determined? or a combo of all of the above...
