Let's be real, the truth sometimes hurts. But I'm not afraid of it. I actually like it bc it makes me see what I can't about myself. My friends are truthful with me and that's why their my friends.

Afraid of it? No, I just don't listen to that lying sack of bunk. Like the truth really knows what it's talking about!

Of course I am, but I would rather know the truth than continue to live a lie.

NO. I'd rather hear someone tell me the TRUTH about things than to LIE to my face ... whether it is my kids denying that they damaged the house/furniture (or helped the ex burglarize the home), or whether someone is NOT good for me (definitely -- had a short disaster of a marriage -- wish someone would have SPOKEN up about the ex's mental health problems and his problems with violence).

no, I welcome the truth. No matter how bad anything is, it is easier to get past the truth than it is a lie. If someone lies to you about something, is it not harder to wonder if they are telling you the truth when they really are?

I maybe scared a little bit but I try to face it squarely, because to be afraid of it is just like hiding from it but the reality is you may hide from it but you cannot run away from it.
