I am only able to get on here for 1 to 2 hrs in the evening, Which is great! Only trouble is, there are about 50 Q's from the night before ( which just goes to show how popular SC's is) and I don't have time to read them all and only answer 1 or 2. No wonder I don't have many points.
Question is, should I start at the most recent and work back, or start where I left off and play catch up all the time?

We answer Q's from our Contacts first and then start at the last questions asked (newest) and then have a quick run through other questions on Seniors. We're in the UK which means there is usually 1 page of Q's.....sometimes run into 2 pages.....but we click onto the US flag at the bottom of the page and there are 5,6 or 7 pages of Q's to look through.!
Just answer the Q's you think you can help with and don't worry about the points system.....it's not like we can cash them in for anything, lol. xx You could always click onto the UK flag if you would like a more leisurely pace!

I answer those that were just asked in the last hour or so first. They may still be here and can give feedback or explanation. Then I look at where I left off and quickly come back through and see if there is a question that I'd like to answer. If everyone has already given the answers needed, I just give thumbs up to good answers-even ones that opinions aren't the same as mine and move on. When there is something helpful I can add or that strikes a cord with me I answer the question. .

Don't worry about the points, they will take care of themselves if you just keep answering, you can also get 1 pt each for voting best answer on unresolved questions.

I maybe spend 15 to 20 minutes a day on Answers, some days no time. I guess it depends on what is important to you...
I just answer questions I find interesting or may have knowledge about the subject that other people may not have.

I usually just scroll through questions and see what jumps out at me regardless of the time it was posted.

However, I also look at the recent posted questions as more often then not the users are online so a healthy debate may take place.

I answer those from my contacts and or fans first. Then the ones that catch my eye. It is not possible to answer them all if that is all the time you can spend at it. Should be for fun and to help not a race for points.

Questions go through on here so fast and furious -- it's impossible to look at all of them. Generally what I do is look at the questions on the main front page and reload the page to see if there's any I am able to answer.

I just log on a couple times a day and play catchup. I check a few other categories also. I never read all the questions just the ones that the headings attract me.

I tend to pick Qs where I feel I can help, or where I have an opinion on the topic raised .
Do sometimes answer the odd silly Q for fun.
Move about between 'old' Qs and the latest ones.

Ignore any questions more than a couple of days old. Go for the new ones with only one or two answers - more chance of best answer if you only have a couple to compete with. Go Silver Surfers!!
