seriously people, have some fun with this question...stay in the spirit of it all.
My money is on the Republicans. The Majority of the Military is Republican, and therefore clearly the most experienced in fighting. Moreover, WallStreet predominately is Republican as well, though there are a lot on Wall Street that are Democrat as well. The point is the Republicans have access to the Military and Money....then there is practically the entire state of Texas. For the Liberals, they have Professors...oh boy, dare I stop there. A bunch of bloated, blow-hards whose entire 'professional' life has been within the confines of their pretty Universities. They never sacrificed life and limb for country, though with great passion they can read about it and vomit it up to College Students. And they also have the entire Pacific Coast, which means Califonia would essentially be a loss as not everyone speaks Spainish and they would likely try to create their own nation-state the moment the Civil War broke out...and then there is Washington and Oregon...all they have is B.C. bud, so being chronic on the chronic will effectively put them out of the fight as well.
Overall, it would be a blood-bath for the Libs...

It would be a perfect draw because the left would lose the initial fighting (although it would have some very enthusiastic male cheerleaders), but then would win the right to be fully compensated for its losses.

Hey, who gave me a thumb's down? What a bummer. I really thought I had that one nailed. Come on, you know as well as I do that nowadays it would never end like the first one, with land, homes and money going from a southern belle's family to a carpetbagger!! If civil war happened again, the damages paid back to screaming liberals over lost wages, property, and a way of life ........ and the cost to rebuild entire sections for them and add in grand parks for children and environmentally-friendly floor plans......... would be a hundred times more costly than the initial war.
THIS thought process is precisely why civil war hasn't happened already. Besides the fact that on an international level, we really can no longer afford to be torn in half and not watching our flank.

Right and left? You mean North and South? I'd say the South would probably have an advantage. But I can't see why there would be a civil war at this particular time. The US is just going along fine minus the war and the idiot in the White House. But that will end in a year or so.

Well, if we go by stereotype:
Conservatives would most likely have more weaponry (except for us few liberals who are smart and exercise our right to arms), so they would have more firepower. Liberals, however, would probably escape easier, being able to live in the forests or go to mexico or Canada or something.
However, liberals tend to think outside the box, stereotypically, and conservatives tend not to, stereotypically, so that might help (that's what helped the Athenians when they fought against the superior fighting force of the Spartans.)
Of course, the real problem is that most of the people in this country are moderates, not directly liberal nor directly conservative, so it may be that neither side has great numbers. In fact, it could be that most of the country doesn't do anything at all.

But in actuality we conservatives may have all the guns, as you may have all ready know we "had" a civil war. And no one side wins in a civil war. I'm as gun ho as the next guy when it comes to kicking butt when our Country needs to. But I would hope that we wouldn't come to a military conflict between the
conservative right and the liberal left.

hmm...well taking in account all of the ignorant rich teen girls in california getting breast implants for their 16th birthday, the absolute lack of care by the country for states like montana, the absolute nothingness in the rocky mountain states except ski resorts for rich people, and the border between mexico and the US on the left side...

opposed to the huge businesses, the hard workers, the shortened distance between them and the rest of the civilized world, the much better schools for business, arts, and medicine, and all in all the fact that the midwest is pretty much the best place to grow up and raise a family and is not crazy and ignorant like the left side...

I'm pretty sure the right side would kick their @ss.

one possible outcome would be this:

The hen finds some grain and thinks it would be a good idea to plant it. She goes to the Horse, Cow & Pig and says hey would you like to help me plant this grain and they say no. So The little Red Hen being a hard charger goes out toils all day and plants the grain. Now the Cow takes note of all the hens work and starts to think how good that grain would taste and confers in secret with the horse and pig and it is agreed at that time they’d tax the Little Red Hen sometime in the Future. Then the Little Red Hen decided to ask if the Horse, Cow & Pig and says “hey would you like to help me water the grain” and they said HELL NO! So the Red Hen had started having second thoughts about asking them for help again and spent month’s watering the grain until it came to seed. Now the Horse, Cow & Pig were already thinking about getting there 90% share of the net farm yield since they were bigger than the Little Red Hen and needed more food to Eat. So then the hen hesitantly asked the Horse, Cow & Pig and says “hey would you like to help me harvest the Grain” and they pretended to show interest but said no, so the little red hen went to harvest and almost died using large farming equipment to get the Grain. Now at this point the Little Red Hen Decided there was no point to ask the Horse, Cow & Pig for anything. So she turned the grain into flour and then pies , pizzas, bread and various pastry’s she was preparing to feed her chicks when the Horse, Cow & Pig burst into the hen house and claimed all the food for they were Hungry at that time they realized there is no meat so they killed the little red hen and grilled her and eat her eggs and pastry’s.

go into battle. Democrats always talk about it and don't do

The left is already crammed into very populated places like New York , Chicago and LA the right can simply surround them cut them off from supplies and wait for them to beg for mercy. Of course the Right would have to hold war crimes trails against their leaders. I want to be on Michael Moores Jury.
