When your boss confronts you then you know. There is no way to know, unless you spy on him and catch him pulling it up on the pc. Other than that, you cant really ever know for sure.

Upgraded anti-spyware can do that for you! But company rules will not permit you to use any software, that will detect the controls set by the network administrator, as per ISMS policy instructions, laid down by top management! So rattail is right. Read his answer carefully.

Don't be fooled - you can't tell if you are being monitored, when on one of your employeers computers. They have a right to monitor what you are doing and believe me, they do watch. Keep your job by doing the other stuff from your home computer!
