Elizabeth wanted the nation of Britian to have a good opinion of her. She had to look young and faultless in her paintings as an inspiration for her country. If she looked frail and old, the nation would of felt nervous and worried about how safe Britain was.

If you are talking about the picture of Elizabeth 1 when shes holding a globe you will know what i mean but if not...sowee!

You need to do this on your own. Asking someone to
do it for you and then you turning it in as your own work is call plagerism and that is illegal.
Plus, your teacher will be able to tell it is not
your work.
