Even though Garth Brooks/Chris Gaines didn't go over that well, I'd like to see Dierks Bentley give it a try. I think Cypress Hill could do a fantastic job as well.

Brandy: Yeah, I've heard that one. I didn't really consider it that much of a Rock album though. I mean fully commit. But that album is why I included them.

Jake: That would be cool, I can see that.

Rckts: I like the Lords of Acid. I think it would be cool to see the media reaction to Faith Hill joining.

Jmike: Night Ranger!!! You're on fire man.

Sookie: She could probably write some killer ballads.

New and Improved: Paisley could tear it up. He could probably cross over with the song "Mud On The Tires." Just a few more power chords and a yell or two and it's there.

Hellboy: Dwight Yokam is one of my all-time favorites. Everything he does is cool.

Muddy Waters.

What an amazing blues artist, he would do great in rock.

Aretha Franklin. One of (if not the) greatest soul singers ever. She would kick ***!

Faith Hill. She seems to have a lot of spunk, judging by how she handled that situation with her husband being "molested" and all. I'd like to give her an industrial style makeover and stick her in either The Genitorturers or a new version of Lords of Acid. I think the latter would especially work well since they change lead singers more often than most change underwear.

Oh yeah, looks-wise, she could pull it off.

That one is easy for me. I would LOVE to hear Mos Def do a pure rock and roll record. I know he did the more rap-rock-y Black Jack Johnson stuff but I mean like a more roots-y, blues-y rock record. There is one track on the New Danger that is a blues tune and he sings really well. The song isn't my favorite on the record, but it's good and I think that if he put his mind towards making a rock record and got the right people around him it could be really, really good.

Man, I've got to see that again. He was great in that flick. The new Michel Gondry one with him and Jack Black looks hilarious too.

Brad Paisley can tear up a guitar. He should hook up with a rock band and knock out some kick a** music. Although, he will probably have to ditch the Fender Tele for a Gibson Les Paul.

Cypress Hill has dabbled in rock, actually. The double disc album Skulls & Bones has a rap cs & a rock cd.

Capercaillie
They're a Celtic band, and they'd have to keep the fiddle and flute, but I can see them doing a pretty good Rock album.

Hmmm.... and maybe Lesley Garrett.
She could certainly hit some high notes!

much like Randy Rhoads. After Randy's death, Brad Gillis of Night Ranger replaced him in Ozzy's band. (Ahem, and that's 22.)
