How come in the Sudan you get 15 days prison for calling a cuddly toy 'Mohammed', but in Portugal you get away with serial child neglect and get given a £million for calling a cuddly toy 'Cuddle Cat' ?

How come in Britain we have a police force who fitted up Stefan Kiszko and Colin Stagg and who shoot dead innocent foreigners on the grounds that they looked like they might have been a terrorist, and yet we still feel we have the right to sneer at other countries' "incompetent" police forces and "barbaric" judicial systems?
