Were they not welcome before? why would they want to centre them out? It is racism. would they put up a sign that says' We welcome white people' or ' we welcome african american' i dont think so. Who else thinks this is wrong?

I am not looking hard to find an insult i got this in an email today and it just made me mad. First Nation people are recieving their residential school settlement money and have been having to deal with this kind of stuff since.I was just wondering if anyone else thought this was wrong.

Fireball: First Nations is what Canada calls their Native American citizens. But I don't know that this is what that sign is refering to.

Dude, if you have to look that hard for an insult, I think maybe you have too much time on your hands.

edit:
Shaye, if the sign means what you think it means and you find it insulting. Contact the business and complain. If there has been some scandal in Canada with businesses refusing to do business with First Nations people, then I can see why the dealer put the sign out, however even in that context I can see how it is patronizing and insulting.

Not sure what a First Nation is. I live in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, and the county just north of mine is known for being extremely white--the white population is something like 97%, with the other 3% being black and Mexican. For the longest time, there was a hand-made sign sitting right on the county line entering the county that read "N*gger--don't let the sun set on your black @ss." meaning basically you can pass through, but you better not stay. THAT is wrong.
