Romulus and Remus. Castor and Pollux.
Give the kids a break and use more common names. All the weird spellings and "creative" names are like a flashing billboard that says "Overbearing and stupid parents here, expect behavior problems".
Try Michael Eric, and Henry Joel. Names that won't turn people off like "Bronyx". M-G!

Well I'd personally avoid the predictably-cheesy alliterative twin names "theme." But barring that, I certainly wouldn't use Bentley and Benz ... at least together! LOL Both automobiles, if you follow.
Of the others, Berkley is okay, as long as the unisex issue isn't a concern. Beckham is also fine -- though again, assuming you won't mind the constant football (soccer)/Spice Girl inquiries. ;)
I've no clue what to make of "Bronyx," however. It just appears the parents were torn between naming their child after the Bronx, or Onyx, and slapped them together at random. Or perhaps thought they'd created a lesser-known "dull" sort of brown onyx -- "Bronyx!" LOL Not to mention the similarity to the recently-coined "Ebonics." ;) I'm really not into that.
Have you looked into any other uncommon names, perhaps some containing the B sound you obviously like (but possibly not starting with it, to avoid the overly-matchy twin thing)? After all, if you dislike the "every day traditional" sort of names, it follows that you'd want names that would allow your sons to stand out, rather than blend together in a mish-mash of similar sounds.
For instance:
Ebenezer/Eben
Fabrizio
Jabez
Tobiasz (the Polish form is said TAW-byahsh)
Abban
Ambrose
Cairbre/Carbrey
Cibran
Colbert
Corbin
Erebus
Lambert
Noble
Oberon
Osborn
Rigby
Selby
Talbot
Tobin
Torben
Willoughby
Zebadiah
Zebulun
Zhubin
You get the idea. ;) Tried to include a number of surname options, since that seems to fit your style best, but there are the standard "given name" sort as well. You can find meanings here, if desired: http://www.behindthename.com/

I think your best choice is Bentley. While this name, like Benz, evokes a luxury car, it's a touch more subtle than Benz.
Berkley shortens to Berk, which seems like a cute nickname in the US. In British slang, berk means idiot. I wouldn't go there.
Beckham is okay, but I think you'd be better off with Becan or Beckett - it's just so associated with the soccer player that I'm not sure how it wears as a given name.
Bronyx looks off - and strangely enough, feminine. Are you thinking of the Bronx? Not a garden spot. And adding the "y" makes it look like an anatomical term, rather than a baby's name.
I like unusual, but some of these are problematic. I'd stick with Bentley Eric Joel. It's the strongest choice.
*** Sorry - just realized you're looking for TWO names. How about Bentley Eric and Beckett Joel?

Bentley Joel Johnson is a cute name. But none of the other 'B' ones really sound good. What about Bretton Eric or Brodie Eric Johnson?
