Nicole Richie isn't married yet, however she is engaged to the lead singer of Good Charolette, Joel Madden. And yes she is pregnant and is do probably in January, maybe even Febuary. All I know is that she is beyond 6 months at least. Her fiance and his twin (who is also part of Good Charolette) did an interview about Nicole, Good Charolette, etc. on the Tyra Banks show. Tyra gave Joel gifts for the baby and everything, it was really cute.
