I had a fish. He just died so I'm thinking about getting another one or something else.

I have 11 cats, 3 dogs, 4 birds and 1 rabbit. I have had in the past: ferrets, all sorts of birds, hamsters, gerbils, rats, turtles, fish, iguanas and sugar gliders.
I think the best pet is a cat, but it is a lot more responsibility than a fish. Rats are nice and smart. Ferrets are fun, but stinky.

I had a Tabby cat called Buddy. He was called our "garden gnome". He used to wait in the garden for us when we returned from school in the after noon. It died because it had several problems. (liver and heart) I reckon it was because he didn't really eat that much when the builders came. He died at the ripe old age of 13.
I still have a golden labrador called Sam though. He's only 5! He is a big eater. Once you feed him he'll just give you the innocent eyes look and have to give you more food!

I have 6 cats, 1 bunny, a few fish, and 1 black bear hamster
but to me the fish aren't really pets just one more thing I keep forgetting about, thankfully my kids remember them ya know to feed them and all.

Me too I had a fish and it died couple of weeks ago I had it for 7 months.. I'm also thinking of having another one.

My mum doesn't like animals. But I've had Ralphie the Turtle for 10 years now. As long as he's in his little tank away from her all is good.
