Make eye contact and smile; it shows that you are friendly and that they can approach you. It is very simple to do, and it works. Well, that is to get their attention... after that is done, just be playful and laugh at their jokes, and touch them when appropriate and possible. Don't forget to smile throughout... Just have fun with it.

I'd say that the best way to flirt is to be natural. Don't be too shy but don't suffocate the person your seeking out. I say that less is always best. So just smile think of some intresting conversation and let your body language do the talking. A touch every know in then when you laugh can be a nice hint as well. And complement them at least about 2 things at different points in the conversation. But make sure you keep eye contact when you do so they know your serious about what you say and to possibly make them blush a little. And it wouldn't hurt if you took harmless stares at certain parts of their body not long enough to get smacked or freakthem out but just to let them know you like what you see.

Be interesting withou saying anything verbal as flirting is with the eyes and body movements and not too sexy and use to hands and put them to your lips ever so softly
