An undergraduate degree is a bachelor's degree, usually a Bachelor of the Arts or Bachelor of the Sciences.
A post-graduate degree is a Ph.D or a "doctorate." Individuals who hold doctorates are to be addressed as "Dr." even though they are not licensed to practice medicine.
A graduate degree is a master's degree, usually a Master of the Arts, Master of the Sciences, Master of Business Admin., etc. That usually comes AFTER one receives a Bachelor's degree.
Some people do extremely well in college that they skip the master's degree and go right on in to the doctorate.

An undergraduate degree is one earned following high school, as an associates or bachelors degree. It is intended to prepare people for entry-level careers in their fields. A graduate degree (sometimes called a post-graduate degree) is one earned after receiving an undergraduate degree, such as a masters or doctorate. These are aimed either at professional careers or at positions which require more than basic knowledge, or at academic positions within these disciplines.
