It would depend on the hair type.
Some hair cannot be fluffy and full like the first picture.
And some hair is very thick and full and will never be smooth and slick as in the secone picture.
So if this a question about your hair....you would need to show how your hair is.
Not a good way to decide a style if that was your intention.
