Alliteration is the repetition of the beginning consonant in a word, such as: Peter Piper Picked a Peck of Pickled Peppers.

I don't know an entire song that is like that but there are songs that have little snippets of alliteration in them like:
"One eyed, one horned, flying Purple People eater"
There is also a children's song "Can you Can-Can" from a CD called "Bethoven's Wig". You can find it on iTunes.

If you look up the lyrics to the song "Fog On The Tyne" you'll see that it's a very alliterative song. It's the most alliterative song I know.
