My original idea was , last week, to go to a restaurant, but im not feeling it. I want to watch it comfortably without it only being on one tv and like a million people crowding the area. maybe something cool will come up. thanks

(click on NFL TV)

or http://www.nfl.com/live ( there will be a link on the site that you can click on to watch it live on game day.) ( I believe they will show it since they showed the falc/colts game online last week. it would only make sense.)

both live/free and you can watch it

You can try this site www.channelsurfing.net I heard it worked for someone who wanted to see the Indy/Atlanta game last week that was shown on the NFL Network.

GO PACK!!!!

Nope. You can't. The NFL thinks only special people should be allowed to watch this game, not the average fan.

I have seen other people say NFL.com but I am not sure. You should get some friends together and go to a sports bar.
