what is TTC and AF?

sorry new to this lingo. any onther abv i should be aware of?

TTC is Trying to conceive
AF is Aunt Flo....aka your period..

they are just short ways of putting it so we dont have to write it out every time!
some other "lingo" you should be aware of is:
BD, which means baby dance, aka sex
CM, which means cervical mucus
DH, means Dear husband
DD, means dear daughter
DS, means dear son
HPT, means home pregnancy test
LMP, means last monthly period

Here's one that had me confused for weeks and today it just hit me like a gong - TMI. People say this alot when describing personal problems and always say "sorry! TMI"

It means "too much information."

HPT is home pregnancy test
DPO is days past ovulation
ETA or EDD is estimated time of arrival or estimated due date
BC is birth control
BF is boyfriend
MC is miscarriage

Hang in there, I think the cyber world generates a new abbreviation every day. It's hard to keep up!
