How can I exchange old european currency: deutsche marks and pesetas?

I have some old european currency, namely deutsche marks and pesetas. They're not historical old, just pre-Euro old (mostly 1990's printings). Where can I exchange them?

Travelex still buys pre-Euro German deutsche marks dated 1960 and later. I don't know if they buy Spanish pesetas, but you can probably call and ask.
