I would stop and take a breather. You are 15 and you are still young. You have yet to experience the adventure known as "life."
If it makes you feel comfortable, talk with a counselor at church or a youth pastor. They might be able to help you out. I'm sure there are hundreds of teens that feel the same way you do.
If you want to know what your talents are, make a list of anything you find interesting. Perhaps take an art class or learn how to make short films. I'm sure you'll find your niche in something.

It's because you are 15, and it looks like life is just beyond your grip, and you are a little afraid that what you have to offer is not what the world will need. You can worry all you want - you will probably outgrow it in a year or two, and by then it will all seem a little childish to you, looking back at it.
It's part of being a teenager, and you can't really help it. But it WILL get better!

Yoga might be really good for you. There is a lot of meditation involved which will help you clear your mind and get more in touch with the spiritual aspect of life. Also remember that you are young and have a long time to figure out your purpose. Sit back and enjoy being 15.

only because of the fact ur shoes are made by ability of a nicely-nicely-known working style, they won't be actual on your ft. have been you geared up for those shoes? do u comprehend in case you pronate or not and if your shoes have the right stability to tournament your gait? If not, pass to a working save and that they'll inform you. while you're shoes are over 6 months previous, they're way too previous and the cushioning is compacted and ineffective. there is not any such component as "underpronate." You the two overpronate or you supinate... additionally, dont only ice ur shins whilst they harm. Ice them regular a minimum of two times for 20 minutes.

It sounds to me like you have a little to much time on your hands, are you involved in extra curricular activities? What hobbies do you have? If you have dreams, you start working at accomplishing those dreams.
About the only advice I would give you is, become as healthy as you can be, both physically and mentally, develop some interests in life. And start pursuing those interests and dreams.
You get what you want in this world by making it happen, not waiting for it to come to you!

I am 16 about to be 17. I use to have this same thing going on. Sometime I still do, expecially when I try and get to sleep. You are 15, let things be. They will work out for the greater good.

You seem to have low-self-esteem, hence you being so pessimistic. You need to gain more confidence, and start thinking positively. Now I know at 15, it can be tough to do that, but starting to think a little positively day by day, might lead you to having a better confidence about yourself. Good luck.
