The shipping company should be able to provide a record of delivery. If the company didn't deliver it, they won't have your signature on file. Ask the ebay seller to check the shipping info for proof.

No, that wouldn't be cool, it would be a CRIME and you could go to JAIL and make lots of new FRIENDS in the SHOWER. Sellers use delivery confirmation and tracking numbers to verify delivery. If you file a false claim, that would be an attempted fraud, and you'd get a shiny new set of bracelets. Seriously - especially if it was mailed to you, that's a Federal rap, and those Postal Inspectors don't play, Jack.
