Is it wrong that I always give them a thumbs down out of spite? Don't you feel like Yahoo! is trying to shove it in your face that they have more points than you do? I think we should all give them thumbs down every time they answer to teach those people a lesson! What do you think?

Makes not difference because the Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down do not have any meaning of late. Also, do not get confused with those who have a lot of Points with Top Contributor status. They are not related.
The real issue is that Yahoo!Answers does not award "Top Contributor" badges to Polls & Surveys individuals. I think it is discrimination.

I really can't be bothered. And when I was a TC, I didn't give a flying farq when people gave me a thumbs-down just for being one.

I don't let it get to me...levels, badges, stars, points, etc mean nothing. In fact, I started this account even though I had a level 7 because I was bored.

i think you need to grow the f%&k up and get another hobby. they work for it, you want it, you get mad because you don't have it, you throw a fit. kinda reminds me of my three year old, but we broke him of the habit.

isn't that a bit childish? they've worked long and hard to get where they are. i can't imagine getting as many points as they have.
