The Celts traded with Spain before settling in the north part of it, the Vikings came as far as Malta so had to stop on Spanish coast to get some food. When the Spanish Empire ruled a huge chunk of Europe, including Germany and Netherlands plenty of those people drifted to Spain to get closer to the crown. Spain was a commercial crossroad before falling on hard time and saw plenty of foreign traffic. Add to that the Napoleon armies and the British army slugging it out in Spain... You have plenty of northern blood that came to mix with the local blood though the majority are dark eyed and dark haired.
Celts, by the way, were mostly dark hair in the west part Europe, it was the eastern tribes which were blond or dark blond.

The Celts didn't "discover" Spain, nor did Scandinavians. The Celts SETTLED IN Spain. The Scandinavians never did. Germanic tribes settled in Spain.

Just about all Spaniards have some Celtic ancestry, since the Celts mixed with the native inhabitants of Spain. And if your grandpa was from Northern Spain, then he more than likely has Celtic ancestry, since Northern Spain is a region with strong Celtic heritage.

You can't take modern features as a firm indication of tribal type from 2000 years ago. The Celts, I agree, tended to be blond, but then so did the German tribes, the Angles etc. So, I'm sorry you can't say, without DNA testing at the very least, whether your have Celtic blood (and even that might not answer the question). The Moors only settled in Southern Spain - the areas known as Granada and Andulasia. They were finally kicked out by Ferdinand and Isabella in the 15th century.

Spain is at a place where a number of peoples can meet. It sits at the end of the Mediterranean Sea. Many nations had to pass by to get to the Atlantic and numerous historical events occurred there.

You could be descended from just about anywhere. It is more than possible that you have Celtic or Scandinavian roots.

EDIT

Note the way that there is a difference between Spaniard Hispanics and other Hispanics. The Spanish themselves are closer to European (since they are), those from the Americas have a lot of American Indian (for lack of a better phrase) mixed in.
