Read the policy of my space. They should be responsible for your lost of money. I'm sure they have insurance so they don't get a law suit. I know ebay does.

Wow that's tough. First of all, never buy anything on MySpace, they are not a trusted website. I always use Ebay, with no problems. If you still have his email address or username, report it to the MySpace administration, that is about the best you could do.

You got the shaft. Be more careful next time, myspace isn't the proper venue for internet purchases.

it sounds like you got screwed. always use a well known trading site such as ebay etc and buy from well established sellers, also try looking into pay pal as a way to pay for items as it is safer than money orders, many sellers on ebay will accept pay pal and would actually perfer you pay this way as it is safe for the seller and faster delivery time for you and them.

ur money is gone... i'd report it to the appropriate MySpace officials to let them know that something like that went on though.. that way, they can be more attentive and responsive to something of that nature.

You got screwed, sorry. You can file a police report for theft of services but you will more than likely get nowhere.
