I have A4 pages saved in Word, in a 3x8 form which corresponds with an AVERY "J8161" sheet of labels.Try as I might to get the print onto labels, even following Word help

Have you used the template from Word Office? I don't have any problem getting them to print, but I've never tried to save the template, could that be the reason? Have you tried successfully before? if not may be worth trying when you still have the template 'open'. I did manage to print them on the wrong side first time!
