I heard if you pick one of them you get 100% on the game, if you choose the other you can't get 100%. Which one is it? =/

It is definitely Youth League. I was pretty sure, so I checked my Bradygames Guide to verify it. So yes, it is definitely Youth League.

MY bf says if you chose New Yevon you can only go to certain areas and if you choose Youth League you're cast out of New Yevon. ......note there are cases where you see someone for 2 seconds on the screen and if you do not talk to them there goes .2 percent of the game......get the guide book you can get it cheap second hand

If you want 100% ON YOUR FIRST TIME THROUGH (you can replay to get missed parts), you have to do the Youth League. I went New Yevon and I couldn't do it.

just do a double save save one with each and play them out and see what the difference is
