and obviously the hole must be clean and healthy (no cuts or anything like that)... is it safe?, or not at all?

take a good long hot shower with anti bacterial soap and wash his/her whole body giving special attention to "THE" hole and work your finger or your penis that is covered with lots of soap into "THE" hole and so you know that even the inside is as clean as possible. If you are still worried about it then maybe a few enemas before the shower will help ease your mind. After that I don't have a clue as to what to tell you. People do this all the time and I haven't heard of anyone dying. There is a parasite that lives in room temp feces that will make you so sick for a few days but it passes with no lasting effects so eat away or kiss if that's all you plan to do. I have never heard it called a black kiss before.

Is it common to be asked to do this? Not at all! I would not want to put my lips there even if the area was recently cleaned and we were still in the shower. Sorry, that just sounds gross!

Worry if your asking what I think you are then no I would say its no safe the germs would be stupendous clean or not. Just look under those special lights at your recently washed hands

that is very advanced and not for everyone.
it is as safe as any other sex act, and none of them are very safe.
i wouldnt say it is common, but it is common enough.
i have been with women who have performed oral on me after anal sex. so there are worse things you could be asked to do.
if you are not sure about it, dont do it.
