i waste a paper towel and if i would use a plate it would be a paper one : )

plate, not a big deal to dirty one plate, especially in a household with 6 ppl eating regular food

Depends.. if it has jelly or cream cheese.. then I get a small plate.. if it is plain then I eat it over the sink and use a hand towel to wipe up crumbs.
