do you get up and satisfy it or do you just try to forget about it and go back to sleep?

It depends. Sometimes I'll get up and have some water in hopes of making the craving go away. Other times I just eat the darn cookie! Life is short, have the cookie. I work out 6 days a week so I can eat whatever I want, whenever I want!

first i roll over and try to go back to sleep, if that doesn't work and I know that it's something reasonably accessible then I'll grab a bite, just one to kill off the craving, but after that I'm usually up for the day.

lol I've never had a craving in the middle of the night, but I'd probably stay in bed to stay warm and then consider getting up until I fell back asleep :)

if i wake up in the middle with a craving it's has nothing to do with food...i usually roll over and try to get my bf in the craving also. lol he's not too happy about the midnight rapes b/c he has to get up early for work in the morning. *wink* but he's happy at the end.

Anytime is a good time for chocolate. Tho you may get a sugar rush, and not be able to go back to sleep.

I usually go back to sleep and it goes away. Generally I crave something I don't have so its pretty easy for me.

go back to sleep...the only time I have ever actually left my bed was for chapstick. These were some seriously dry lips. I don't even leave sleep to use the bathroom...it'll still be there in the morning! :)

Go back to sleep, I don't need to be eating in the middle of the night.
