I have tried everything that I can think of to get it off.It wont come off.It was my mother in-laws house.I beat the grease has been their for years.Ahh its driveing me crazy.Any answers will be apperciated.

I tried Goo gone,goof off,spray nine,lysol cleaner,soap&water,tsp.I am really at a lose.

I also did try magic easer,I finally took an sos pad to the wall.I scrubed off some of it.

I don't know if this will work on walls or not, but I've had good luck using a paste of baking soda and soapy water on my dishes with baked-on grease.

You might try 4o9 or Barkeeper's Friend. Or maybe even Soft Scrub: Back in July I used that to clean ingrained red mud off the siding on my parents' house.

If none of those work, then yes it is time to repaint.

I would try three things a eraser pad by mr clean buy at wal-mart dollar store anywhere or new stuff I found at dollar store cleaner witrh bleach in it I think its called BAM and its very strong it has some oven cleaner init and takes the grease and grime right off and if all else fails I would try mean green.

spray power you can buy it at wal-mart spray it on let it set for few min and try and see if it wipes off and if it doesn't let set a little while longer but keep testing to make shur it does take paint off.i use all the time behind my stove to remove grease. Good luck

taylee could be right you may need to paint. The only other product is WD40. When I cannot get something clean I try WD40. http://www.wd40.com/

spray some degreaser on it the first time i used it i was surprised it worked
