Dude this is something that EVERYBODY does. This is not limited to physical attributes. You can also wish you had someone's money, family, personality, etc, etc. This is something that you are always going to have to deal with for the rest of your life. It always helps me to know that no matter how perfect someone looks on the outside you can be sure that they have their own personal struggles. A beautiful girl can think that she is too fat or a ripped guy can think that he is too skinny, etc. Realize that no one is 100% happy with every aspect of their life and these people that seem "perfect" are far from it. I am not saying these are bad people, just people with problems like everyone else. So next time you see a guy with a six pack and wish you had his abs stop and think about all the things that you are blessed with. Then think about what kind of things that guy sees on a regular basis that he is jealous of. Maybe he's dumb, maybe he's poor, maybe he has a bad relationship with his family, what ever it is know that he is not perfect and he does not lead the perfect life. This is not to be happy about someone elses flaws but to be thankfull of the things you do have. Next time you find yourself in this situation don't think about what you want to have but what you do have and how many people out there are jealous of you. I guarantee that somewhere out there someone wishes they had something you have (even if you have never met them). Good luck with it and remember this is a completely normal feeling.

I often wish I had their chest. I currently have a "bullet hole" in mine, and I don't think I could do nearly enough working out to get rid of it. I'd probably need the appropriate plastic surgery, but it costs too much and it's too risky. I would also wish for that same man's abdominals.

Yes, wishing I were thinner and just more attractive in general. I just tell myself I am a good person and that's what really matters.
