They will probably just ask you various questions about your previous jobs (what you liked, didn't like, time management, what motivates you, etc). They already know from your resume that you have the necessary skills so now they just want to get to know you and make sure you are a good fit with the company.
Be prepared at the end because they will probably ask you if you have any questions...you don't want to sit their struggling to come up with something, so think of things ahead of time. Also, a question can relate back to something they mentioned earlier in the interview. If you are at a true loss of questions, ask them what they like about working for the company....and then express an interest in the same thing.
Definitely wear a suit!
Good luck!

I'm sure they went over your technical skills and experience in the first interview. The second is usually to see how you fit into the environment. Do some research on the company. Be prepared to tell them where you see yourself in five years, what you are most proud to have accomplished and what is the most difficult for you to do. They also may ask what you like or dislike in a manager. Be prepared to give examples of using initiative, working w/o supervision, communication and teamwork skills, how you approach and solve problems etc. Even though the company employees may dress business casual, a suit would be proper for an interview.
