I'm from Mexican origins, and don't find it offensive, I actually laughed my fanny out with this one.
Maybe he is too sensitive to this sort of "immigration humor". A couple of white guys from my work didn't like it thou. Go figure.

the fact of the matter is, black people argue whether its ok for other black people to use the "n" word.
i thought it was funny. reguarless of what people may say, deep down we all know you guy are some of the hardest workers we know, not only do you work harder than anybody else, you also get paid less. people don't realize what would happen if we got rid of the illegals. there will probably be less jobs, already factories are moving to places with cheaper labor. and that's a fact.

You deal with some of society's problems through humor, and that's perfectly fine, but not everybody does that. He could see stereotypical depictions of his ethnicity as indicative of a larger, subjugating problem. I see both points of view because there are at least two types of people in the world: those that will laugh with you and join you in making the world a better place, and those who will laugh at you and not give a damn what happens to you or your people. When folks display hyper-sensitivity to racial humor it's usually because of the existence of the latter type of folks.
