Go to this link, it'll ask you to enter the first day of your last period, being 10/30/07, then it'll calculate your due date. This is how the doctors will do it. It will also help you figure out how many weeks you are. I would say your about 4 weeks from the first day of your last period. When you go to your 1st appt. they will confirm that for you. Hope this helps, good luck & Congratulations!!

Counting the weeks starting from the first day of your last menstrual also called LMP and then your doctor will count 40 weeks ahead to determine your due date and what I know is your are 4 weeks exactly and your due date is Aug.4, 2008. If you have any questions or anything feel free to ask. CONGRATULATIONS.

Well, I learned something in reading all the answers you have received...(i.e.: standard Dr. calculation methods.) I wanted to leave a comment because I couldn't believe that not even 1 person mentioned, 'do you know what day you may have concieved?' Bully for you if you had sex every day. But most women know there is only one or two days they may have been fertile and also had intercourse. I realize I am not typical, but I used to know 'the day' I concieved my first child.
I'm not bragging, I'm just trying to say..."It is possible to know."
I was using the Rythym Method (Thermometer clearly indicates exact date of ovulation) AND my husband rarely gave me reason to believe I might have opportunity to get pregnant.

How many weeks pregnant is from the first day or your last menstrual cycle. The first two weeks of pregnancy, you are actually not pregnant. If you are going by your menstrual cycle you are 4 weeks, but if you go by ovulation you are 2 weeks pregnant. Most doctors would say that you are 4 weeks pregnant. Congratulations!!!

You are one month.
You go by the first day of your last cycle. So you start counting at 10/30/07.
Congrats!

If you really don't know the doctor should be able to set up a Ultra_Sound for you and they can tell you there. But I think for that you have think you are about 8-10weeks. I am not 100% sure.
But anyway, at your first u/Sound they will be able to tell you how far you are.
