I am 16 and i am worried about the size of my penis.My friend says he has a 11"penis whereas i only have 8" is my penis small? and if so, how do i get my penis to be bigger?

If your friend really has an 11 inch penis he is certainly out of the ordinary , I would ask him to prove it and to be honest at that age if he does have one remotely that size he would probably be flashing it at every opportunity
At 8 inches you are well above the average length for adult male
I think this question is probable a bit of a wind up , but for all other young guys out there worrying , if you are around 5 1/2 to 6 inches erect that is the average

I assume your talking centimetres and not inches. But if your penis is 8 CM then yes it is rather small but then again, so is 11 CM.

your friend is lying. don't be worried because you are still young and will probably grow more. be happy you have one that big at that age. next time you're out with your friend ask him if he was telling the truth and if he says yes tell him to show you. if he denies he was lying

if he is 11" good for him, there is nothing wrong with your size. and at the end of the day size isnt everything, oh and he probably doesnt anyway, thats nearly the size of a 30cm ruler, so i doubt it.
