A= 9, B= 4, C = 69

A+B+C = 82
(A+B+C)/16 - 4 = 82/16 - 4 = 1 1/8 = 1.125

Ax^2+Bx+C

so,
A=9
B=4
C=69

-4 + (A+B+C)/16

(9+4+69)/16 - 4 = 1.125
