Do you like the real trees or prefer artifical?

we always get a real tree. we usually go to a tree farm and let the kids run all over the place and my youngest usually picks out a dozen before deciding on the "right" tree...it's lots of fun for us!

I like real trees but have an artificial to be nicer to the environment. I will pick some cedar branches to lay beneath it though, so at least it smells real! Plus the artificial ones look pretty good these days, but it is weird taking it out of the box and fluffing the branches . . . real is best!

I like real best w/ the smell & beauty(they are easier to put up too) The tree farms are fun too w/ your family, however we have a fake one. I was tired of needles. They are cheaper, you don't have to buy a new one every yr. I don't think fake ones are very green for the environment, they will all eventually be in a landfill.

artificial trees are in the long run cheaper, and less prone to burst into flames. cant beet that real tree smell, but if you get a good looking one, i would prefer the artificial tree.
also... last time i got a real tree it had a bird house in it :\

real trees are nice and if bought from a tree farm for every one cut down they plant one so its enviromentally friendly. fark trees are made of harmful chemicals. the biggest problem with a real tree is the needles and the clean up after they fall off in your living room

I love the smell of real but I hate picking up the needles ..
so being lazy I go with a fake that looks so real

hello Michelle,
i have just seen 1 real christmas tree and that also in non-christmas season...that means it wasn't decorated..but it was still beautiful...
but i have seen many decorated artificial chrismas tree and thay all were really glorious..so, i can't really say any one that which one do i prefer........
so, this answer lead me nowhere!!!
