Be just as nice as possible. If that doesn't work ASK them to be nicer. If THAT doesn't work, get the manager. If THAT doesn't work, don't leave a tip and tell them why you are not leaving one and tell the manager, too. First kill them with kindness and see where that gets you.

dont tip, tell the waiter he has somethingon the bottom of his shoe, which will make him do a gay sailor stance. laugh loudly and squeal oooh helllooo sailor

i try to be very nice to them and make them smile. chances are they have had a bad day. i want them to have fun and relaxed when they are waiting my table!!!
