ok firefox is being a *****!
yesterday i instald the update's,
today I have found that it has chaged theme and lost all my bookmarks and toolbars.
this is not the 1st time it hase done this to me. and frankly im getting so angry having to ask my Dad to fix it..
so.. can some one tell me how to import my bookmarks (and where im likely to find them)
and how to get my toolbar's back...

You can TRY to import them (if the installation of updates didn't delete them) by going to Bookmarks --> Organize Bookmarks --> File --> Import--> From file--> Next--> ...then navigate your way around and look for: C:\Documents and Settings\[your userid]\Application Data\ Mozilla\ Firefox \ [something].default ...and down in there find "bookmarks.html"
(where "your userid" is the userid with which you logged on to the computer)

if u didnt export your bookmarks u cant import them ..

I'm almost positive that there is no way to get them back.

mozilla deletes them. you'll never get them back.
