i just got up from bed and started havin low abdoman pains .. very sharp going to my vagina .. it hurts so bad where im having to sit down. still hurting. my fiancee' is on his way .. what could be wrong?? im only 25 wks prego.

I would go to the closest hospital that has a neonatal care unit. If anything is wrong, you have a better chance going to a hospital that specializes with complications and not having to be transported. I hope that everything is okay.

You need to go to the ER now. They will be able to tell you if anything is wrong.

Please don't wait for your partner get him to meet you at the ER and call a cab now, it could be nothing but its better to be safe where your baby is concerned!
