Anyone that was denied education that is now getting it is always a good thing.

What so special about this? This was very much in practice in Iraq the other day.Today, everything is in a mess.Schooling?????That too Boys and Girls together ?Is it a NEWS?
What about destroying a nation far more enlightened and civilised than many of the western countries of today.....That too in the name of destroying WMD in Iraq? This is same nation that inherited the legacy of the great Mesopotamian civilisation. They have been practising democracy at a time when the western nations had no knowledge of this.
The reason put forth for the Iraq war doesn't hold water.Tony is crest fallen. Bush will go into oblivion leaving the US economy in a mess and making a few hundred young women "widows" in his own country........all for sucking OIL from the heart of a civilised country with modern outlook.
I am not pleading for dictatorship in any part of the world. But, Saddam never committed this much of brutality as the US and its alies are indulging in.I don't think history will forgive this crime against humanity by the invading country/countries.

You mean the ones that have not fled the country or been killed? Well I guess, but the bigger problem is the ethnic cleansing.

I hate to burst your intellectual bubble, but under Saddam women had more rights in Iraq then they do now.

You hardly hear about the positives in Iraq. If Hillary were to become president, the press would make this the #1 story about the war.

Don't you feel bad that ONLY 35 US soldiers were killed in Iraq this month...Oh..and a few 100 iraqis...but they don't count.

No I don't feel good and nor should you.
